What is a Discovery Call?

A Discovery Call is a FREE one-on-one phone consultation with me, your Outsourcing Specialist. It’s the first step we take in getting to know your business goals and challenges so we can fill in the gaps for you with our Virtual Assistant Services.

What happens during a Discovery Call?

Firstly, it’s important to fill out the Discovery Call Form with as much information as you can so that you can make the most out of your call. Once you’ve completed the form, you’ll receive a calendar invitation with all the details for your call.

The Discovery Call typically takes around 15 minutes and most people use this opportunity to discuss the qualities of their ideal Virtual Assistant and ask questions around outsourcing and how it works.

This allows us to devise a tailored outsourcing solution for your business as well as clarify your short-term, medium-term and long-term business goals.

What happens after the Discovery Call?

Outsourcing Angel will then prepare a proposal based on the information gathered and Heidi will be in touch again to set-up a second call with you to present our proposed strategy and next steps.
