Thanks to automations, easy-to-follow templates and brand guidelines, Dinesh and his team can now streamline content production and auto-publish scheduled social media content and email newsletters through Notion.

Automated customer touchpoints

Automated touchpoints now create a more engaging onboarding, encourage more upselling, and automatically nurture unqualified leads with educational content until they’re ready to become paying clients. SOPs have also been created to collect testimonials and trusted 3rd party reviews to be used as marketing content!

Community engagement SOPs and automations

SOPs for live streams, live sessions, and regular XR challenges now encourage more active community participation. Automated Slack integrations have also been set up so Dinesh and his team are instantly notified of important events such as new clients and client engagement/messages.
