The Challenge
COVID-19 forced Mei to pivot to a remote business
Due to uncertain circumstances with the Coronavirus pandemic, Mei’s face-to-face training sessions for the annual ‘Advanced Leadership with Insights’ class had to change. With venues now closed, Mei turned to her Virtual Assistant Patrick to help her come up with a solution.
The Solution
Her Virtual Assistant Patrick helped Mei move her training sessions to online conferences.
Patrick set up a Zoom account and digital guides for the attendees for a seamless training session.
At first, Mei was nervous because her training sessions were very interactive and filled with a lot of break-out sessions. When switching to Zoom sessions, Patrick taught her how to utilise the breakout rooms feature with specific guidelines and house rules that made the training just as fun and interactive.
