I’d like to wish all the mothers out there a Happy Mother’s Day! It’s that time of the year again where we celebrate all the efforts of the mothers around us, whether it’s our own mums, sisters, friends, wives, or ourselves!
As a working mum with 3 beautiful kids, I’ve never been happier to be working from home. On top of being able to do what I love and am passionate about, some of the most rewarding moments come from spending time with my little ones and watching their antics.
Through my own journey as a working mum, I’ve also developed a passion for creating jobs for mothers in developing countries so that they too can gain the opportunity to earn income and support their families from home. In many of these countries, there are few jobs to begin with (especially for mums!), and many require lots of travelling or even being away from home for long periods of time. It’s uncertain, it’s stressful, and it’s hard. That’s why we give our VAs the opportunity to earn more than enough to support their family whilst still being about to work from home.
My mission is to create a ripple effect of positive, social impact and seeing firsthand how creating these opportunities can transform the lives of not only these mothers, but their entire families just warms my heart and fuels my passion even further.
