Get started with Automation

Have the right plan, have the right tools, get started, knowing what to do, and making sure your automation systems are running as intended. Planning, understanding and having that clear vision which direction you are taking the business with automation in mind. Understand what you need and what you want, then proceed to have the right tools and software for it, for instance, ActiveCampaign for leads and data automation, or Linkedin etc.

The four main stages of Automation

The four main stages of Automation are attraction, conversion, retention and ascension. Attraction is the pre-stage, where all the prospecting side of things, which could be from social media, data mining, LinkedIn, etc. by having a guide, e-book or checklist, and having the best email address for contact, all those sources come into our attraction system. Conversion is the understanding and focusing on your target market/audience/prospect and aligning with your core message for your offers of product or services. Then retention, through delivering quality and intended product or services and continuously providing that level of quality and more. Ascension stage is basically upselling, keeping the lead/client looped, through email etc., or buying from them if it’s a supplier.
