Hi, it’s Linh Podetti again and welcome to Outsourcing Angel. In this video, I wanna share with you about a topic, I mean it’s more like an issue that a lot of business owners have. And that is: “I know I need help—I’ve got so much pressure and stress, but I don’t know where to get started, because I’m too busy to even get started.” — I completely hear you and I know how it feels when you’re working in your business so hard that you don’t have time to breathe. Let alone thinking who you’re gonna hire, when are you even going to find the time to train them up, and assign the work to them. So this video is perfect for you. In this video I wanna help you get out of where you are to where you wanna be. We wanna help you from a person who is really busy in your business to someone who can work on the business and grow it to the next level.
So what is the first step? The first step is to get a Reality Check. You won’t be able to move to the next level unless you know where you are right now. To get a reality check, I recommend that you use a calculator tool that’s on our website. To do this exercise, what you need you to do is write down the tasks that you are doing for your business—I mean more like in your business. Those are the tasks like admin, research, data entry, website update, social media management, updating your CRM—anything that you know that usually an assistant of less than $20 can help you with.
Next, I’d like you to estimate the number of hours that are taking you to do those tasks. The third step is I’d like you to visit our website with this link below https://outsourcingangel.com/isavetime-calculator/. This will take you to our calculator tool.
Now, the fourth step that I’d like you to do is work out how much you are worth per hour?. So you got into your business because you know you are a valuable asset to your business. You know that you can grow your business to a multi-million dollar business. So what is your hourly rate? Are you $50 an hour,$100 an hour, maybe $200 an hour? Work out what that number is and enter it in the field called “How much are you worth?”
Now the fifth step is enter the field where it says, “How much time are you working in your business?” That is the number that I’ve mentioned in step 2 where you’ve worked out the number of hours that’s taking you to do all those task that you shouldn’t be doing. Now the next step is to enter how much of a VA usually cost you per hour. If you work with us, you usually can get a VA for less than $10. So the default number is already in there for you so you don’t need to do anything there.
Now that you got all the numbers in there, all you need to do is press Calculate.
Now that you’ve got a reality check of knowing exactly how much time and money you’ve been wasting, and how much time you can actually save, it’s time to take action.
So what action can you take now? So now that you’ve got those list of tasks that you’ve done through this exercise, you can email us through that detail. And what we can do is use that list of task and criteria to find you a perfect VA. That VA will be able to take all of those tasks for you, leaving you time to do the things that you need to do in your business, which are sales and business development. Cause those are the tasks that will bring you to the next level.
