We are looking for a SALES OUTREACH ASSISTANT with SOCIAL MEDIA ASSISTANCE (PART-TIME ROLE) to join our team urgently!

Job Description(REQUIREMENTS):

1. Sales Outreach/BD – Client LinkedIn Program (Training provided)

  • LI Posting of Content (someone else will produce content)
  • LI Commenting engagement + LI DM's
  • Outbound Newsletter – Campaign management including reporting (not content development)
  • Basic video and audio editing
  • Lead identification & generation (Sales Navigator coming soon)
  • Industry & Competitor research
  • Design sales outreach programme for Tim (CEO Customer Avatars) and Si (Head of marketing Customer Avatars)
  • Manage Sales Outreach programme: Linkedin, Email, Copper CRM
  • Provide weekly updates

2. Social Media Marketing (No copy/content creation)

  • Compile a mailing list from word press website and manage junk
  • Conversion of contact details from emails etc to Copper CRM
  • Create Copper and Active Campaign templates for emails (not content)
  • Presentations/Proposals in Powerpoint/Word
  • Word Press eg managing content updates (events/Blogs)
  • Marketing Report generation and key metric tracking
  • Scheduling Linkedin and FB Posts
  • Follow up, engagement and reports (advise on who to follow up)

Other Requirements:

  • TENTATIVE Shift Time for the VA: Melbourne Time Zone

Skills Required:

  • MS Suite
  • Ideally Marketing Background
  • Project management
  • Video & Audio editing (basic)

Skills preferred (not essential):

  • An interest in marketing
  • An interest in growth, change, innovation, strategy implementation
  • An interest in people- alignment

  • Active Campaign
  • Copper CRM
  • Linkedin (+Sales Navigator)
  • Word press
