As our way of tracking how each VA performs in their daily tasks with their clients or with the company, we’ve decided to implement a system where we can take note of all the VAs’ actions whether they are positive or negative.
As much as we are a loving company, we want to be fair with all our VAs and with all our clients. The Love Point System works similar to merit and demerit points for good work, that earn praises and good feedback from clients, as well as mistakes and poor quality work. By implementing our #Love Points System, all VAs with commendable results and efforts put into their work or into the company will be gaining points. On the other hand, the VA will receive deductions to account for negative feedback, mistakes or errors and poor work performance. Each VA is given 5 points as a start and this can grow through good performance at work. Negative #Love points are:
- Tardiness
- Unresponsive
- Human Error
- Complaints
- Poor Performance
Positive #Love points are:
- Praises from client
- Client feedback form
- Formal testimonials
- Personal development
- Training
- Marketing contribution
- Referral
- Ideas & innovation
We’ve created a simple spreadsheet to get started with this system and have included a POINT RULES tab to easily see which points correspond to each type of positive or negative work feedback and performance. Another goal we have with this system is to take note of all VAs who participate a lot and add value to the company by securing positive company feedback from their clients, or come up with innovative marketing ideas etc. We want to reward them and acknowledge their efforts and turn them into points that can be converted into prizes such as bonuses or even – a chance to join our company trip!
