November was yet another amazing month for us. It was productive and filled with opportunities to connect with people who we’re excited to bring more value to. One of our highlights has to be the two networking events “Time Freedom Business”, that was held over the last couple of weeks.
The event was held for members of The Association, an exclusive, members-only group that gives business owners and entrepreneurs the opportunity to mingle and connect with each other and with us as well. There were two editions to the event – one in Sydney and the other in Melbourne.
The event was mainly a structured meetup hosted by Outsourcing Angel Founder, Linh Podetti, with the goal of finding ways to grow businesses. The meetup included presentations from guest speakers and facilitated networking sessions to help participants connect while also enjoying each other’s company.
The first Association Meetup took place in Melbourne, on the 17th of November, 2018 at the Victoria Function Room of The Victoria Hotel. The highlights of that event included a talk from Charley Valher on building strategic partnerships. On top of that, we also had fitness advocate and rising entrepreneur Jimi McDonald share his experiences with our guests. He presented a riveting keynote speech titled “How I grew my business from $500k to $2.5m in 3 years.”
The Sydney event took place on the 24th of November, 2018 at the Crown Hotel – Sapphire Bar & Lounge. At that event, Linh shared her thoughts on how you can grow your business by effectively outsourcing specific tasks and building a raving team. We also had Social Media influencer String Nguyen share with the participants how to grow a social following through the use of effective and engaging videos.
On top of the value-packed presentations from our guest speakers, the events were also marked with great networking time. Business owners got to connect and share best practices and contacts over cocktails. Many participants were also recipients to great prizes which included free consultation and services from event sponsors Outsourcing Angels and The Impressive Co.
At the end of the event, we also launched a new and exciting service – a monthly membership program that provides businesses with access to training portals and a community of proactive solution-finders. This exclusive membership program is run by Charley Valher and the team at The Association. We can’t wait to see what kind of beautiful success stories will come out of this new offering.
Overall, Time Freedom Business event was a great opportunity for business owners to connect, learn and have fun. We’re looking forward to doing more of these networking events in 2019 to be able to empower more entrepreneurs to grow their businesses and win in life.
