Working directly with freelancers, she shares, can be even more cost-effective. But finding freelancers yourself is a lot of work. You have to sift through multiple recruiting websites, go through each application, interview them all and select the best person for the job. This could easily take you weeks to complete. After hiring, you also have to provide constant training and development. Essentially, you become an HR manager and lose a significant amount of time running your business.
