Our outsourcing model is designed to create economic opportunities for disadvantaged communities whenever you hire a VA in the Philippines.
We donate 10% of our monthly profits to marginalised groups in the Philippines and Vietnam, and we prioritise continuous job creation and above-market wages for our outsourced virtual workers. This way, we contribute to poverty alleviation and provide a sustainable source of income to individuals and families.
SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being
Promoting the health and well-being of our adopted communities, our team, and our clients is a top priority.
We offer assistance to our on-the-ground charity partners during floods, earthquakes and other calamities. Our team also provides health initiatives and support systems for our VAs and employees, as well as end-to-end support for our clients (payroll, HR support, and more), to ensure that our entire network thrives in their personal and professional lives.
SDG 4: Quality Education
Education is the foundation of true empowerment.
At Outsourcing Angel, we help equip underprivileged youth in the Philippines with internships and workshops that allow them to find job opportunities. Our team also prioritises continuous learning and skill development for our virtual assistants, so they can provide better service to their respective clients.
