What’s the difference between Angel Essentials, Angel Managed and Angel Accelerate?
The main difference is how much of the remote working relationship you want to manage yourself.
Angel Essentials is designed for businesses with the internal capability to confidently manage remote talent.
Angel Managed adds greater support around onboarding, remote talent well-being and retention.
Angel Accelerate goes further with support around delegation, accountability and performance, including scorecards, KPIs, SOP development and workforce planning.
Can I change packages later?
Yes. Your needs may change as your business and remote team evolve. You can start with the level of support that makes sense today and move into greater support when you need more help with areas such as accountability or performance.
What is included in the talent cost?
The talent cost is the amount paid for your remote talent and will vary depending on the role, experience, skill level and working hours required.
During your Freedom Audit, we can give you a clearer indication based on the type of support your business needs.
Am I locked into a long-term contract?
No, you won’t be locked into a traditional long-term BPO arrangement.
If you feel the need to substitute your remote talent, replacements are available subject to notice periods.
For all packages, we have a 30-day placement guarantee and a 1-week free transition period for each replacement to ensure a smooth handover.
For the Angel Essentials package, there’s no free talent replacement beyond the first month (30 days) of service duration.
For the Angel Managed and Angel Accelerate packages, we offer unlimited talent replacement beyond the first 30 days of service, at no extra cost. We also kick off with a 90-day guided onboarding period to guarantee success. This gives enough time to establish the role, settle into the working relationship and build consistency in how the work is managed and delivered.
After the initial 90 days, enjoy greater flexibility to continue, adjust your level of support or make changes to the service, subject to applicable notice periods and service terms.
