When is the workshop?
The workshop will be held live on Wednesday, 2 September. Once you register, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your access link, along with reminder emails leading up to the event so you don’t miss it.
How long is the workshop?
The workshop core training runs for 60 minutes, followed by an optional 30-minute live Q&A. We’ll keep it focused and actionable so you can immediately apply what you learn in your business.
Is this workshop just about hiring and outsourcing?
No.
You’ll learn why simply hiring more people often doesn’t solve the problem, how to identify what’s actually limiting your capacity, and the practical principles behind building a business that can grow without relying on you for every decision.
Whether you choose to hire locally, build a remote team, or simply improve your current structure, the principles remain the same.
