No matter which time zone you’re in, our Aussie Team will be ready to offer their dedicated support.
We also love organising in-person catch-ups with our clients as often as we can! This helps us understand their needs better and build stronger relationships.
How do you select the best offshore talent?
For over ten years, we’ve fine-tuned a very rigorous Recruitment process which we share in detail on our ‘How we hire’ page. Our offshore talent from the Philippines are carefully vetted from our existing talent pool and connections.
These candidates are only shortlisted to you once they’ve successfully completed technical and personality assessments and passed the Panel Interview Stage with our HR Manager, General Manager and Subject Matter Expert. We’ll then facilitate an interview between you and your selected candidate(s), which usually takes about 30 minutes.
Once you’re happy with your chosen candidate, we’ll look after the Orientation and set up your offshore team with all the work perks to keep them motivated and dedicated to you long-term. This includes pre-paid healthcare cards, rewards & bonuses, monthly meet-ups, upskilling workshops, mentorship and more.
Are there any language barriers with offshore teams?
We only choose the top 10% of remote talent available, so language is not an issue for our offshore teams at all.

I want to outsource to an offshore talent, how does it work?
Here’s how our process goes:
Book a free call: Have a free consultation with our Business Outsourcing Strategist and give us an overview of the task that you need outsourcing, as well as what you’re looking for in an offshore team or remote talent. We’ll craft the job description you need.
Package Selection: Our Outsourcing Specialist will provide recommendations about the type of outsourced talent you might need and the packages available to you:
- Recruitment-only package (one-time fee)
Best for businesses that want full control over their offshore team but need expert-level recruitment. - Full Outsourcing Angel Experience
Best for businesses that want to scale confidently, without the stress of managing an offshore team. - Angel Training Program
Best for businesses that already have an offshore team but want to improve their skills and productivity (included in the Full Outsourcing Angel Experience package).
Onboarding: Our Operations Officer will take you through the client onboarding process so that you have the best tools to work efficiently and effectively with your offshore team.
Recruitment: Once everyone is clear on the requirements for the outsourced role, we will start interviewing candidates who meet your requirements and create a shortlist of options for you. This process usually takes around 1–2 weeks.
Interview: Once the shortlist has been created, you have 2 weeks to review and approve the applicants you would like to interview. We always recommend our clients have at least a video conference call with the offshore candidate when reviewing them for the job.
Hiring: When you’re ready, we will hire the remote talent and take them through onboarding, orientation and set-up. We formally introduce them to our team and yours and help set up all the expectations between you so that everyone is on the same page.
Time to hit the road! From here on, you will start working with your offshore team with the support of Outsourcing Angel. We’ll assist you in the initial “nesting period” to avoid any miscommunications or misunderstandings.
Our team will also have regular meetings and performance reviews and provide perks for your offshore team to ensure their happiness and to get all your tasks done the way you want them.
Do you service clients outside of Australia?
Yes, we do! While most of our clients are based in Australia and New Zealand, we also have clients from the USA, Canada, the UK and other parts of the world.
When we start working with a client, we find remote talent who can work during the client’s preferred timezone in any country. All you have to do is tell us your preferred working hours so we can help you find a suitable remote talent.
Who provides training and ongoing support for offshore teams?
Our job is to find and vet offshore teams who already have the experience and skills your business requires so they can hit the ground running. We also provide in-house upskilling workshops on various topics for your chosen candidate.
We also have an offshore team central where hundreds of our outsourced talent share best practices, tips and tricks.
There is also a Client Resources Hub where we have recommendations, master guides, best practices and how-to’s for tools such as Slack, Hubspot, Canva, Asana, Trello, Active Campaign, Click up, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram etc.
You will need to train your chosen outsourced team in Australia on any of your business-specific software and processes.

What time zones and hours do offshore professionals work?
During your FREE Strategy Call, we’ll need you to be clear on the work hours and timezone in which you expect your offshore team to be online. These will be the expected work hours and we will only put forward a candidate who can meet your expectations.
What support do I get when I outsource with Outsourcing Angel?
We look after the entire outsourcing process for our clients end-to-end, which includes hiring, orientation, set-up, project management, HR, payments and perks.
In the first three months with your outsourced talent, our Client Success team will oversee your relationship with your outsourced talent to provide you with ongoing support.
After your initial three months, our Client Success team will still be available to assist. You’ll also always have access to our Aussie Team for urgent matters.
If, for any reason, you’re unhappy with your outsourced talent, we’ll find you a replacement for no extra charge and provide one free week to help you get settled with your new hire.
How much does it cost to work with an offshore team?
The price will vary depending on the experience, skill and hours required for the job. Once you’ve completed your Strategy Call, we will clarify these details with you.
What if I'm not happy with my outsourced talent?
If, for any reason, your outsourced talent isn’t the right fit, we’ll find you another one at zero additional cost to you.
That guarantee is lifetime — it doesn’t matter if you decide your outsourced talent isn’t a good fit in the first month or two years down the track.
We’ll pause your service as we work with you to find a brand-new hire. As part of our rehiring process, we’ll also cover an additional week of free service to allow your new outsourced talent time to transition into your business.
Once I decide who to hire, how soon can they start?
24 hours after the completion of your Strategy Call, we’ll send you a proposal with our proposed Recruitment Strategy. As soon as you have approved everything and you’re all set up as a client, it’ll take 1 – 3 weeks to recruit an outsourced talent for you (recruitment time will depend on the role, please indicate to us if you require someone urgently).
