  • Efficiency

Here are some valuable tips on How to cut costs, get more client leads, and even how to increase in customer retention:

Delegate

It’s really about processes and high performing teams that are going to allow you to do that. And the way that you do that is by delegating everything that you possibly can, even things that you never thought that you could before, like, account management or strategy is a big one, and really focus on growth.

Act Quickly and Increase Profitability

If you’re doing well and want to go from good to great, then you’re going to have to hire while keeping the company culture. Be proactive and make decisions based on your data, put metrics and act quickly.

Assign lower value tasks to offshore staff if that’s possible and have a local staff for cultural nuance and effective customer communication. Having a good mixture and balance of offshore and local staff can really increase profitability.

Leadership

Then there’s definitely the leadership factor, where understanding relationships and being able to support your clients/customers quickly being the differentiator. Have that consistent, empathetic and reliable leadership that the team follows. This is in line to being a quick responder and being poised to solve problems quickly and pivot accordingly with a growing industry.
